Monroe Main Street and downtown merchants want you to know that Downtown Monroe will be Open for Business throughout this construction and we'll be updating this map with day-to-day traffic changes to keep you aware of the work in progress and make it as easy as possible for you to get around downtown. Once construction is complete, we'll be converting this map to communicate special information about traffic and parking for major events in the downtown area. |
